S.A.L.T. Program
Service and Leadership Training
Discipleship at Camp Gilead is centered on spiritual growth through the S.A.L.T. (Service and Leadership Training) Program. This program is designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of Scripture while providing meaningful opportunities for hands-on service.
Participants engage in structured Bible teaching that covers foundational truths and key biblical principles, encouraging thoughtful discussion, personal reflection, and practical application. Alongside spiritual training, S.A.L.T. members experience purposeful service, team-building activities, and recreational fun that foster strong relationships and Christ-centered community.
This intentional balance of biblical instruction, leadership development, service, and fellowship creates a discipleship experience that equips students with lasting spiritual insight and practical life skills.
