Job Descriptions:
Senior Cabin Leader - 18 (and graduated high school) +
One of the most endearing strengths of Camp Gilead’s ministry is its cabin leaders. Cabin Leaders give care and leadership to a group of 10-12 campers each week. Here are some of the things we expect from them:
Intentionally invest in their campers,
Build relationships with their campers,
Help them to have one of the best weeks of their summer,
Guide them through the Word of God,
Lead them to a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

Junior Cabin Leaders - 16-18 years old:
Junior cabin leaders help further the mission of Camp Gilead by investing in the campers’ emotional, physical and spiritual
well-being.
They help provide an inviting and safe environment by assisting the senior cabin leaders with direct oversight of campers,
They are godly role models for campers and SALT members.
