Brian Ide

Bookkeeper of Camp Gilead

What a crazy full-circle moment! I’m going home!

I served in Desert Storm in the United States Marine Corps. My goal is to serve and serve Faithfully. The Marine Corp motto is Semper Fidelis which means always faithful. And this is my life’s goal.

I served as a Pioneer Director for 7 years in Buffalo New York for Child Evangelism Fellowship and another four years in Northeast Florida. August of 2026 God has called me to serve as Camp Gilead’s Bookkeeper.

My favorite verse is Romans 12:1, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”
